Job summary

Primary Staffing Inc. is seeking a TIG Welder for a position in Illinois. The role emphasizes precision TIG welding, following blueprints and production instructions to ensure high weld quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The welder will inspect welds, maintain tight tolerances where required, and operate welding equipment safely on both the 1st shift (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) and the 3rd shift (6:30 PM–5:00 AM). Wage is $24.65 per hour plus a $2 shift differential on the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality.
• Ability to follow specifications and production instructions.
• Experience with tight tolerances preferred for the 1st Shift assignment.
• Tool and die repair and/or precision fabrication experience preferred for the 1st Shift assignment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Ability to work the full assigned shift.
