Qualifications

• Strong pipe welding experience using GTAW (TIG), MIG, and Flux Core.
• Must pass a 2-inch Extra Heavy GTAW welding test.
• Must pass a 6G welding test for all required processes.
• Must pass a 6-inch Flux Core fill and cap test.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Weld piping systems using GTAW (TIG), MIG, and Flux Core processes.
• Complete welding assignments according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform pipe fit-up and prepare materials for welding.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and defects.
• Maintain consistent weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Follow established welding procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area.
• Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
