The position requires a HS diploma, 1 year TIG welding experience, and flexibility for overtime. Compensation is hourly with benefits including 401(k) and health coverage. Training and on-site welding tests are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• TIG welding of alloy metals with at least 1 year on-the-job experience.
• Fuse welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and ensure quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Weld alloy parts using TIG process; manage platinum alloy loss.
• Set up parts in jigs or fixtures for welding.
• Clean and fit alloy pieces with hand tools before welding.
• Assist with assembly, shaping, drilling, and leak testing.
• Ensure safety, production quantity, and quality targets are met.
