Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a technically hands-on professional to debug and support complex applications across distributed systems. You will analyze logs, code behavior, and system interactions to pinpoint root causes and craft effective fixes.

Collaboration with engineering teams will be key to delivering reliable, automated resolutions. You will work with APIs and backend services, validating integrations and contributing to process automation to improve overall support efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical support or similar hands-on role
• Experience reading application code for debugging
• Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and API testing tools
• Familiar with modern dev workflows (Git, CI/CD, containers)
• Proficient in at least one scripting language

Responsibilities

• Debug and troubleshoot production and application issues by analyzing logs, code behavior, and system interactions
• Work closely with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement fixes or workarounds
• Write scripts and lightweight tools to automate debugging, monitoring, or operational tasks
• Support and validate APIs, integrations, and backend services across distributed systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes through automation and simplification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
