SAIC is seeking,Tier II Microsoft Intune Engineerto support theU.S. Army 365 (A365)End Users to provide Enterprise Device Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) to centrally manage and secure devices, applications and data across various platforms like Windows, IOS and Android within the Army’s Enterprise Network using Microsoft Intune.

NOTE: This position is a fully remote / work from home position.

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune environments.
• Creating and maintaining Intune policies for security, compliance, and configuration.
• Configure and deploy Intune policies for device management, application management, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune with other systems.
• Managing and troubleshooting Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and other device types, including OS, applications, and configurations.Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Intune environments.
• Enforcing security policies and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Intune configurations and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s and five (5) years or more experience; experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with cloud services and platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with other endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE).
• Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance data.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Device Guard, etc.

Required Certifications:

• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT II compliance certification (Security+ CE or greater), prior to hire.
• Must have Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate: MD-102 certification prior to hire.

Required Clearances:

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain.
• Must be a current US Citizen.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
