Job description

SAIC is seeking a Tier II Microsoft Intune Engineer to support the U.S. Army 365 (A365) End Users by providing Enterprise Device Management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Mobile Application Management (MAM). The role involves centrally managing and securing devices, applications, and data across various platforms such as Windows, iOS, and Android within the Army’s Enterprise Network using Microsoft Intune.

NOTE: This position is fully remote / work from home.

Job Description:

1. Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune environments.
2. Create and maintain Intune policies for security, compliance, and configuration.
3. Configure and deploy Intune policies for device management, application management, and security.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and endpoint management.
5. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune with other systems.
6. Manage and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and other device types, including OS, applications, and configurations. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Intune environments.
7. Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
8. Develop and maintain documentation for Intune configurations and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) or more years of experience; experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with cloud services and platforms, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with other endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, VMware Workspace ONE).
• Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance data.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Device Guard, etc.

Required Certifications:

• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT II compliance certification (Security+ CE or greater), prior to hire.
• Must have Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate: MD-102 certification prior to hire.

Required Clearances:

• Ability to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will assist in obtaining it.
• Must be a current US Citizen.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. This estimate reflects typical salaries based on experience and other factors.
