Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Education: HS diploma with 10+ years or Bachelor’s with 5+ years.
• Certifications: At least one IAT Level 1 compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE).

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Maintenance: manage enterprise servers, OS, and core apps.
• User Support & Troubleshooting: provide advanced support and diagnose complex issues.
• Implementation & Configuration: install, configure, and deploy systems and tools.
• Security & Compliance: enforce security policies, controls, and audits.
• Monitoring & Reporting: monitor performance, respond to incidents, and generate reports.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: work with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes.
