GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an experienced Tier 2 Insights Engineer to address complex diagnostic challenges, support proactive fleet monitoring, and improve asset reliability across the Americas.

You will convert operational data to meaningful customer outcomes and act as a key escalation resource within Monitoring & Diagnostics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to share expertise, develop actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in monitoring methods and tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or another technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in power generation, monitoring and diagnostics, reliability engineering, field engineering, or related technical environment.

Aufgaben

• Monitor fleet performance, investigate equipment behavior, and develop actionable recommendations that improve customer reliability, availability, and operational outcomes.
• Apply engineering judgment and diagnostic methodologies to resolve complex technical issues and support proactive risk identification across the Americas fleet.
• Serve as a technical resource for monitoring engineers, sharing expertise, coaching diagnostic approaches, and strengthening team capability.
• Partner with Customer Service Engineering, Regional Services, Product Service Engineering, and other technical teams to support customer responsiveness and recommendation closure.
• Contribute to Lean, Daily Management, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve monitoring effectiveness, technical quality, and operational performance.
• Support the development and adoption of diagnostic tools, standard work, knowledge management practices, and best practices.
