Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking an IT Tier I Technician to join our IT team. You will provide technical assistance for resort and convention center IT systems, assist users, and support daily operations with a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities include software installation, maintaining security and access rights, and keeping accurate system records. A high school diploma is required; a CS degree is preferred; 2+ years of programming experience is helpful.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• 2+ years of computer programming is helpful.

• Ensure the quality of systems operations in all areas of the company, by communicating with all levels of systems users and offering direction and assistance as needed.
• Facilitate the flow of information throughout the IT Department, by attending regularly scheduled department meetings and participating in daily stand-up meetings.
• Ensure a maximum level of service and satisfaction to all systems users is achieved and maintained.
• Conduct an inventory of all systems on property and maintain accurate records by updating information as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all appropriate software and network applications.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking anIT Tier I Technician. WhatWe’reLooking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• 2+ years of computer programing is helpful.

The ability to constantly walk andmove frequently throughout a large facility and to push/pull carry and otherwise move heavy objects.

• General knowledge of the practices and procedures of a convention center, hotel conference services, waterpark, theme park environment helpful.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset, the ability to support guests and operational teams, and a collaborative approach to working across departments and assisting teammates as needed.
