Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing SIEM alerts, initial investigations, reducing false positives, and escalating incidents to Tier 2/3 per established playbooks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in SOC or security operations.
• Experience reviewing and triaging SIEM alerts.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools (CrowdStrike, Defender).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Frontline monitoring and triage of security events across networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.
• Review SIEM alerts, perform initial investigation, reduce false positives, and escalate incidents per playbooks.
• Document findings and support broader incident response with timely handoff to Tier 2/3 teams.
