Job summary

Campbell Clinic Pc in Cookeville, TN, is seeking a Tier 1 Occupational Therapist for a regular full-time role. You will evaluate and treat upper-extremity patients, document and bill daily, and reassess patients regularly.

You will create individualized home exercise programs and stay current with licensure requirements. Qualifications include a BS in Occupational Therapy and Tennessee or Mississippi licensure, with hand therapy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required and state licensure.
• Experience in hand therapy preferred.
• Must be licensed as an occupational therapist in TN or MS, depending on location.
• Must be computer literate with basic to moderate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats upper extremity patients.
• Completes daily billing and documentation for each patient.
• Completes timely reassessments on each patient.
• Develops a home exercise program for each patient.
• Completes continuing education to maintain state licensure.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor's of Science in Occupational therapy required. Graduation from a school of occupational therapy accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Experience: Experience in hand therapy preferred.

Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Moderate computer skills required.

Certifications & Licenses: Must be licensed as an occupational therapist in the state of Tennessee or Mississippi, depending on the assigned work location.
