Job summary

Bruckner Truck Sales in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Tier 1 Fabrication Technician with at least 3 years of MIG and Stick welding experience and strong fabrication/ design abilities. You will perform advanced repairs and builds, demonstrate a CAN DO attitude, and uphold safety across all tasks.

Ideal candidates will have advanced knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, wiring, and welding, with the ability to lead Tier 2 and 3 technicians.

Qualifications

• 3 years' MIG and Stick welding experience.
• Proven fabrication/ design abilities with torch skills.
• Ability to lead Tier 2 & Tier 3 Technicians and perform repairs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Use tools safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Lead & train Tier 2 & 3 Technicians.
