Qualifications

• High School Diploma desired.
• Must read and write in English and understand computer generated reports, invoices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Train to use tools safely and effectively.
• Read and understand technical instructions and use them to perform work and assist others.
• Determine usability of parts and list/order required parts using dealer management system.
• Complete work accurately and timely per published time standards.
• Write a clear description of work performed on each repair in the dealer management system.
• Follow OSHA rules and company regulations and maintain tool and resource stewardship.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality for customer service impact.
• Maintain certifications as required by company, OEMs or law.
