Responsibilities

• Provide support to other ticket takers as needed to ensure smooth entry.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Be in a clean, presentable uniform and ready to work at your call time.* Smile, make eye contact and be courteous!* Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner (“Good evening” or “Welcome to the Sames Auto Arena”)* Be certain that each guest possesses a valid admission ticket by checking that the proper event name, date and event/box code appears on each ticket.* Scan all tickets using computerized scanners.* Direct all guest towards the general direction of their seating section (“Section\_\_\_\_ is to your left. An usher will show you to your seat”).* Keep your lines moving as rapidly as possible, and if able, assist other ticket takers by directing longer lines to your area.* Check for food, drinks and other contraband.* Other duties may be assigned.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
