Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Bartender at Sames Auto Arena in Laredo, TX. The role requires serving guests, handling cash, and enforcing liquor laws in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be 21+, able to stand and walk for long shifts, and hold a TIPS or LEAD certification.

Responsibilities include setting up beverage stations, preparing drinks, checking inventory, and ensuring safety and sanitation. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
• Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.
• Must have basic working knowledge of bar operation.
• Must be able to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
• Must have a pleasant personality and neat appearance.
• Must be 21+ and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service beverage locations at the arena.
• Handle cash and tickets accurately.
• Enforce all liquor laws and verify liquor inventory.
• Maintain sanitation and safe work area.
• Provide pleasant and efficient service to customers.
• Prepare beverages for sale at the station and sell to guests.
• Receive and process cash and/or tickets and ensure proper cash register programming.
• Follow established bar procedures and policies.
• Request identification for all alcohol purchases.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by F&B Manager.

Sound like a winning formula for you? **Join us!****Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Include the following:* Sets up and services individual beverage locations.* Properly handle cash.* Enforce all liquor laws.* Verify and account for all liquor inventory.* Maintain proper sanitation of work area.* Follow proper safety practices in the work area.* Provide pleasant and efficient service to customers.* Reports to F&B Personnel in appropriate uniform, for assigned location.* Prepares all beverage items for sale in the station/* Sells to customers, charging amount indicated on price list.* Receives and handles cash and/or tickets.* Accurately verifies all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor.* Verifies cash register is programmed properly* Follows Bar Procedures described on the following page.* Follows all rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and to Legends Global Food and Beverage Division.* Requests identification for every guest purchasing alcohol.* Performs other related duties as assigned by Food Service Manager.* Other duties may be assigned.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
