The Ticket Seller is required to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as event schedules vary. The role involves understanding and operating computerized ticketing systems (TM Host and Archtics) and handheld payment devices; knowing the complete layout and seating chart of each event; dealing knowledgeably and pleasantly with the public; and accounting for all tickets sold and payments received at the end of each shift.
This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00.
