Job summary

ASM Global is hiring a Ticket Seller for Raising Cane’s River Center to manage ticket sales for shows and events. The role includes opening/closing duties, cash handling, and accurate balancing of cash at shift end.

You will dispense tickets, process reservations, and provide excellent customer service while answering questions about prices, seating, and upcoming events. Flex hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Box office or guest services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the ticket window and dispense tickets.
• Handle payments, accurate change, and balance cash.
• Maintain precise ticket and cash counts with reports.
• Process Will Call reservations and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer pricing/seating questions.
• File records and perform related clerical work.
• Work independently with ability to seek help when needed.
