Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (or GED).
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment drug screenings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to safely drive a forklift.
• Work in warehouse environments with extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage customer orders based on read orders or work orders.
• Locate materials using warehouse systems and RF gun.
• Transfer materials using hand, hand truck, electric dolly, or forklift.
• Sort and place materials on racks or shelves by size, type, or product code.
• Maintain inventory records and assemble orders for packing or shipping.
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
• Support in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and yard.

About the Role: The Ticket Puller plays a vital role in warehouse operations by accurately pulling, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is responsible for reading and interpreting order information, locating materials using warehouse systems, and ensuring orders are assembled correctly and efficiently. The Ticket Puller works closely with the shipping and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy, support timely order fulfillment, and uphold quality control standards. Success in this role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, safe equipment operation, and a strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and the company’s core values. Please note we will have you be a back up driver.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensureahighlevelofcustomerserviceisalwaysprovided
• Readcustomerorder,workorder,shippingorder,orrequisitiontodetermineitemstobepulled,gathered,and stagged
• Transfermaterialsfromstorageorworksitestothedesignatedareabyhandorusingahandtruck,electricdolly, or forklift
• Sortandplacematerialsoritems onracks,shelves,orinbinsaccordingtopredeterminedsequence,suchas size, type, or product code, using a radio frequency gun (RF gun)
• Determinethelocationforretrievalofitemsusingaradiofrequencygun(RFgun)
• Maintainandcompilerecordsasrequired,includingtherecordofinventory
• Assemblecustomerordersfromstockandplaceordersonpalletsorshelves,ortransferorderstothepackingstation or the shipping department
• Practice quality control measures to ensure order accuracy
• Mayassistinmaintainingaclean/orderlywarehouseandyard
• Performothervariousduties,asoutlinedbythe supervisor
