Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 across multiple positions including Cooks, Drivers, Instructors and more. Join a team at our mountain resort with opportunities to work in guest services, retail, food and beverage, and operations. Competitive starting wage of $20.00 per hour, plus free employee ski passes, lessons, and substantial discounts.

Roles are available as full-time and part-time winter seasonal positions. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests via phone and email to explain and sell resort products and services.
• Process daily end-of-shift POS/register audits.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Work across departments to support the one resort mentality.
