Job summary

Philadelphia Union is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator, Ticket Operations to support day-to-day ticketing for matches and events at Subaru Park. You will handle event setup, pricing, and reporting while collaborating with SeatGeek and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ticketing experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of SeatGeek Unify preferred; experience with another ticketing platform is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience producing accurate, time-sensitive reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and matchdays as required.
• Cash handling and deposit reconciliation experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in professional sports, live entertainment, or venue operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal resource for SeatGeek products, functionality, and ticketing processes.
• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with SeatGeek client support.
• Assist with event setup, pricing tables, ticket plans, promo codes, and other SeatGeek Unify programming.
• Troubleshoot ticketing and system issues in partnership with SeatGeek.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, matchday, and MLS reporting.
• Manage payment plans and assist with chargebacks and account compliance.
• Support Will Call and elevated customer service issues on matchdays.
• Work across departments to deliver a seamless experience for fans, members, groups, partners, and internal stakeholders.
