Job summary

Chicago Fire FC is looking for a Ticket Operations leader to steer the transition to SeatGeek Unify and McDonald’s Park onboarding, ensuring seamless event builds, inventory control, and reporting across multiple platforms.

The role partners with Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Stadium Operations to deliver exceptional fan experiences, manage box office staffing, and implement scalable processes for the club’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of professional ticket operations experience; SeatGeek Unify expertise preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with time-sensitive reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support phased sales campaigns for McDonald's Park and optimize inventory, pricing, and readiness.
• Coordinate with SeatGeek and Ticketmaster client staff during transitions and events.
• Oversee matchday box office operations and staff scheduling with the local union.
• Develop automated reports to support sales, service, finance, and operations.
• Manage third-party ticketing integrations and new campaigns.
• Serve as the primary SeatGeek/Ticketmaster resource for all departments.
