Job summary

Chicago Fire FC is seeking a Coordinator, Ticket Operations to manage day-to-day ticketing tasks, including ticket inventory, reporting, and payment processing. You will liaise between Ticket Sales, Stadium, and Box Office while supporting Archtics and gaining exposure to SeatGeek Unify for McDonald's Park opening in 2028.

You’ll report to the Director, Ticket Operations and assist matchday staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of ticket operations experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with high level, time sensitive reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Process group and plan orders, print and pay all ticket orders as requested by front office staff.
  • Build, maintain and develop relationships with Ticketmaster and SeatGeek client teams.
  • Collaborate on software management, troubleshooting, event creation, marketing and reporting.
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly and match day reports as directed by leadership.
  • Manage payment plans, investigate chargebacks, ensure account compliance.
  • Assist with price codes, plans, promo codes, and TM/Archtics/SeatGeek setup.
  • Support setup and troubleshooting of events in Archtics, Host, and SeatGeek Unify.
  • Serve as a resource for Ticketmaster Advanced Products across departments.
  • Promote high standard of customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain a positive, high-performance culture within Ticket Operations.
