Job summary

AMB Sports & Entertainment is seeking a ticketing support role to assist in processing season, group, and single-match accounts. You will provide game-day support for ticket resolution and customer service, and coordinate online and in-house order fulfillment.

The position supports internal sales teams and Atlanta United 2 matches, requiring strong communication and multitasking skills for a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent service to fans.
• Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Ticketmaster Archtics experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve effectively and handle stressful situations.

Officially launched in 2016 prior to its first season in MLS, the Atlanta United Academy program aims to be the leading platform of youth soccer development in the Southeast and currently competes in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy program. The ATL UTD Academy consists of teams in age groups U-12, U-13, U-14, U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-19. Shared with the first team, the Academy trains and competes out of the Training Ground.

Position Summary

This position provides support and assistance in the areas of ticket resolution, order fulfillment and ticket distribution for Atlanta United and Atlanta United 2.

• Provide daily support to internal sales and customer service teams.
• Coordinate in-house and on-line ticket order fulfillment.
• Aid in other duties, functions, and tasks as assigned by full-time associates of the department.
• Assist with Atlanta United 2 matches.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Ability to deliver excellent service to fans.

• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Ticketmaster Archtics experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve effectively and handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and match days (during week or on weekends).
