Job summary

University of Georgia is hiring a Ticket Office Non Student to support Athletics-Ticket Office operations on site in Athens. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, assist with ticket allocation and fulfillment, and help train volunteers and students in our ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist ticket office staff with ticket allocation, distribution, fulfillment, and mailing. (Percentage of time 20)
  • Special project assistance as needed by full time Ticket Office staff. (Percentage of time 20)
  • Assist with training of volunteer and student employees. Involves proficiency in Paciolan, StubHub, Microsoft Office for training purposes. (Percentage of time 10)
