Tic Tac Taco is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our Ohio locations. You will oversee guest service, food quality, staffing, and training, while ensuring compliance with regulations and brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management in retail or food service, a strong coaching mindset, and fluency with POS and scheduling tools. ServeSafe certification is required or pursued, with a focus on community collaboration and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example.
• Skilled in inventory, scheduling, and vendor relations.
• Quick on your feet with a problem-solving mindset; calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
• Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Values-driven and community-focused in daily operations.
• Stamina and mobility for physical tasks and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with guests and the community; responds to questions, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitors staffing levels; recruits and selects employees to meet profiles.
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates employee performance; ensures training systems are followed.
• Ensure cleanliness of the facility (indoor and outdoor).
• Maintain stock levels and inventory integrity.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Holds restaurant team accountable for delivering guest service and food quality per brand standards.
