Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in the United States to support and enhance enterprise integrations for financial services customers. You will work across TIBCO EMS/BW/BWCE, AWS, Linux, and ServiceNow, contributing to design, coding, testing, and production support.

You will participate in end-to-end SDLC, document requirements, review code, implement tests, and help deploy solutions. Relocation/travel may be required; candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship are

Qualifications

• Provide L1/L2 production support for TIBCO EMS, BW, BWCE, and related platforms.
• Administer BWCE applications in AWS environments and manage deployments.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and SSL management.
• Monitor incidents, troubleshoot outages, and document runbooks and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and support design discussions.
• Participate in coding and integrate features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials and documentation.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed operational knowledge base for projects.
