Overview

Skills: TIBCO Jaspersoft Studio and JasperReports Server, REST/SOAP APIs, custom Java-based extensions.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using TIBCO Jaspersoft Studio and JasperReports Server.
2. Develop complex JRXML templates, Ad Hoc Views, and Domain-based reports. Build and optimize subreports, crosstabs, and multi-band layouts.
3. Customize themes, styles, and report parameters to meet business requirements.
4. Connect and integrate Jaspersoft with multiple data sources (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
5. Work with structured and semi-structured data (XML, JSON, CSV, Excel). Implement input transformation, controls, parameters, and filters for dynamic reporting.
6. Tune JRXML and SQL queries for minimal execution time and server load.
7. Implement custom Java-based extensions for JasperReports (e.g., custom data sources, exporters, and formatters).
8. Use Groovy, Java, or JavaScript for advanced report logic.
9. Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
10. Deploy, configure, and manage JasperReports Server in multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod). Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
11. Handle scheduling, email delivery, and multi-format exports (PDF, Excel, HTML, Text, DOCX, PPTX).
