• Providing support to diagnose and resolve technical incidents within TIBCO-integrated Java applications.
• Using tools like TIBCO Hawk or custom dashboards to monitor system health, message queues, and data flows.
• Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on failed processes, such as blocked message flows in TIBCO EMS or Java heap memory errors.
• Creating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for repeated issues to improve future response times.
• Lead critical incident conference calls and manage on-call rotations to address high-severity issues during off-business hours.
