What You’ll Actually Do

• Contribute: Gain hands-on exposure to business systems and methods of operation, working as a contributor rather than a trainee.
• Analyze: Analyze business cost trends, update semiconductor pricing for internal transfers, and review R&D expenses compared to forecasts.
• Maintain Records: Perform monthly journal entries, reconcile accounts, and contribute to monthly close activities.
• Ensure Compliance: Drive excellence and financial integrity in accounting compliance and internal controls.
• Report: Ensure accurate, meaningful, and high-quality reporting for global stakeholders, including income statement and balance sheet analysis, and inventory valuation.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related business field, and be an experienced professional returning to the workforce after a continuous career break of at least two years.
• Experience: A cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher, intent to return to a full-time role at TI after the program, and U.S. work-authorization (no sponsorship required now or in the future).
• Skills: Demonstrated strengths in business acumen, advanced data analytics, process optimization, compliance, partnership and influence, strategic thinking, and project management.
• Bonus: Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes, strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to work in teams, initiative and drive for results, and strong time management skills.
