Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work on Cost Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Public Reporting, Audit, and Tax projects.
• Analyze business cost trends and update semiconductor pricing for internal transfers.
• Perform monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Contribute to monthly close activities, audits, income statement and balance sheet analysis, and management financial reviews.

About the Encore program

Overview: A paid, 12‑week internship designed for experienced talent who have taken a career break of 2 years or more (over a continuous period)

Your role: You'll be a contributor, not a trainee, from day 1-solving real problems, inventing solutions, and collaborating with TI teams.

Support: Personalized mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities are built into the program.

Outcome: High‑performing participants will be considered for full‑time employment at the end of the program.

Qualifications, skills and requirements

A career break of at least 2 years

Intent to return to a full‑time role at TI after the program.

No sponsorship required now or in the future (U.S. work‑authorization required).

• Perform monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts

• Ensure accurate, meaningful, and high‑quality reporting for global stakeholders
• Contribute to monthly close activities, audits, income statement and balance sheet analysis, inventory valuation, management financial reviews, and more

Minimum requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related business field
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
