Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor.
• Explain cocktail menus, ingredients, spirits, and featured beverages.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages with presentation and service standards in mind.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with bartenders, barbacks, kitchen staff, and event teams for seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and tables.
