Job summary

The Grand Gardner Hotel in Valparaiso, IN, part of Urschel Development, seeks a Hospitality-focused Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences, support our craft cocktail program at The Honor Roll and Bar 101, and uphold the Urschel guest-first standard.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, lounge, hotel, or cocktail service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service.
• Explain cocktail menus and ingredients with confidence.
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver beverages and food with presentation and courtesy.
