Urschel Development is seeking a hospitality-focused Cocktail Server for Grand Gardner Hotel in downtown Valparaiso, Indiana. This part-time role supports The Honor Roll and Bar 101, delivering cocktails, beverages, and food with a polished guest experience.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, dependable, and passionate about hospitality, with prior service experience and an interest in craft cocktails. Training is provided, with advancement opportunities within the Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, lounge, hotel, or cocktail service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Interest in learning about craft cocktails, spirits, and elevated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor.
• Explain cocktail menus and ingredients with confidence.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages with presentation in mind.
• Support banquet functions and events as needed.
• Work evening shifts and maintain availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
