Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help at their thrift stores across Idaho. The role involves supporting staff with product rotations, assisting with donations, and enhancing customer service by greeting shoppers.

Volunteers, aged 13 and above, will enjoy a supportive environment while helping provide vital services to Idaho’s youth. You will also receive discounts in our thrift stores and the chance to work with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• At least 13 years old.
• Must submit an application.
• Undergo a general criminal background check.
• Complete an interview.
• Comply with all volunteer policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support staff with routine product rotations.
• Assist in collecting and categorizing donations.
• Enhance customer service by greeting shoppers.
• Assist with pricing using expertise in various categories.
• Ensure store shelves and racks are clean and organized.
