The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Janesville, WI is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves organized, and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors.

This part-time role offers paid vacation and holidays prorated by scheduled hours, 24 hours per week including evenings and weekends, on-the-job training, and opportunities to develop retail skills within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Help sort, prepare, and move merchandise to the sales floor.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and organized.
• Work with team members to support daily sales and production goals.
