GraceWorks Ministries Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Franklin retail team. This in-person role supports daily thrift store operations, assists customers, handles the cash register, and helps maintain clean, organized merchandise areas.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal skills, and prior retail experience preferred. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process transactions, including vouchers.
• Open the store and balance cash; complete end-of-day closing duties.
• Assist customers and represent GraceWorks well while promoting the ministry.
• Stock, straighten, and clean merchandise and common areas; follow supervisor approvals for price changes.
