Job summary

No Longer Bound in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Processing Associate to help manage donations for our thrift stores. You will assist in accepting, sorting, pricing donated items and ensuring compliance with store policies and the organization’s mission.

This role supports daily operations in the processing area and contributes to a welcoming shopping experience for donors and customers. The position requires the ability to work nights and weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Must be a problem solver and be able to work with a minimum of supervision and take initiative
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Accept donations and presort merchandise
• Price donated items as needed and maintain accurate records
• Adhere to donor service standards and store policies
• Keep reception, presort and processing areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with Processing Manager and team daily
• Understand and implement all outlined responsibilities
• Meet daily and weekly production goals
