Job summary

No Longer Bound in Johns Creek, GA, seeks a part-time Donations/Processing Associate to support thrift store operations. You will process donations, assist in sorting and pricing, and help maintain standards aligned with the organization’s mission.

The role requires standing most of the day, ability to lift up to 50 lb, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Reports to the Processing Manager and works with the processing team and donors.

Responsibilities

• The Processing Associate assists in daily operations of the thrift store, processing donations from donors to retail, including accepting, sorting and pricing donated items.
• Maintain clean, organized reception, presort and processing areas.
• Follow all policies and procedures daily, aligned with the NLB Thrift Stores’ Mission Statement.
• Communicate effectively with the Processing Manager, processing team and donors.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Adhere to donor service standards and employee policies.
