Responsibilities

• Store Operations Support, including opening/closing and basic cash handling.
• Inventory & Merchandising: sorting, pricing, and display of donated items.
• Customer Service: answer questions and resolve minor complaints.
• Sales Floor Support: assist promotions and maintain displays.
• Facility Upkeep: keep store clean and report issues.
• Donor & Community interaction: greet donors and support engagement.
