Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a Production Team Member to handle sorting, pricing, and processing donations in our backroom and processing center. You will determine market appeal and pricing while supporting store inventory and daily quotas.

This role requires standing, walking, and lifting 10–25 pounds, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to help keep the sales floor stocked with quality merchandise and affordable options for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality assessment abilities.
• Basic understanding of retail pricing and consumer appeal.
• Experience in retail, resale, or inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, sort, and price incoming donations.
• Transform donated items into store inventory.
• Work independently while contributing to team production targets.
