Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a dedicated Thrift Store Associate to join our Idaho-based stores. You will represent the organization, process sales with cash/credit, and manage donated merchandise from sorting to stocking.

You’ll work with pallets and carts to move items as needed, contributing to a supportive community mission. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and are available on weekends to support store operations and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment.
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment.
