Red White & Blue Thrift is hiring a Thrift Store Associate in Lake Worth, TX. This entry-level role offers both part-time and full-time shifts with a pay range of $14.50–$15.50 per hour.

You’ll work on the sales floor or in backroom processing, depending on assignment, helping customers and keeping the store organized. You’ll be part of a fast-growing chain expanding nationwide, with opportunities for growth and internal advancement.

Responsibilities

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and complete transactions smoothly.
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming floor experience.
• Keep the sales floor section organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Merchandise donated goods to keep the floor fresh and shopper-friendly.
• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Prepare items for the floor by organizing and tagging.
