Red White & Blue Thrift Store is hiring for a Thrift Store Associate. The role offers part-time and full-time options with a pay range of $12.15–$13.15 per hour. The team emphasizes a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced store environment.

Two departments are possible: Sales Floor and Backroom & Processing. Responsibilities include cashier duties, inventory prep, and maintaining organized, attractive display areas while supporting a busy, growing nationwide

Responsibilities

• Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make transactions smooth.
• Help customers discover items and create a welcoming floor experience.
• Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Merchandise donated goods to keep the floor fresh and shoppable.
• Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately.
• Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging.
