Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred/willingness to learn.
• Retail experience and customer service, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pricing, stock, and merchandise display items for sale.
• Open, close, and ensure thrift shop operates during hours.
• Coordinate volunteers and orient new volunteers to procedures.
• Maintain receipts of sales and donations; ensure deposits are timely.
• Greet customers warmly and answer questions about merchandise and the mission.
• Keep shop, offices, and bathrooms clean and safe; rotate duties for cleanliness.
