Responsibilities

• Pricing and merchandising: price, stock, and display items for sale.
• Store operations: open/close shop and maintain customer service standards.
• Volunteer coordination: work with volunteers and orient new volunteers.
• Financial management: maintain receipts and deposits.
• Customer service: greet customers and answer questions about merchandise.
• Facility maintenance: ensure shop, offices, and restrooms are clean and safe.
• Autonomy: perform duties independently to support the mission.
