ARIZONA HUMANE SOCIETY is seeking a dedicated Thrift Associate for our Mesa store, working Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM. The role focuses on safe store operations, pricing, merchandising, and outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and a preference for thrift store experience; ability to handle donations and supports volunteers and drivers as needed. Employment offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Thrift store/merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to run cash register after training.

Responsibilities

• Operate thrift store in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maximize revenues using approved marketing, display, and pricing practices; provide excellent customer service.
• Assist donors and customers with loading/unloading donations and purchases.
