Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch in Idaho is seeking a Thrift Store Associate to welcome customers, ring up purchases, and help stock and price donated items. You will work in a busy thrift store environment, contributing to a nonprofit mission that supports Idaho’s youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise for sale.
• Assist with loading/unloading and moving items using pallet jacks and carts.
• Represent Idaho Youth Ranch and support its mission in-store.

Our Thrift Store Associate

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Operate cash registers and credit/check processing equipment
• Sort, clean, price and stock donated merchandise
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates and other loading/moving equipment

As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
