Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for one of its thrift stores to help lead a team that collects, sorts, stocks, and sells donated items to fund our programs and services for Idaho’s youth.

You will support the Store Manager in planning, development, and day-to-day operations, oversee donations processing and listing areas, and ensure cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be enrolled in High School or possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in general aspects of planning, development, and administration of thrift store operations.
• Oversee and facilitate receiving and processing of donated items, maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness and organization of listing and processing areas.
• Assists with compiling daily sales and makes bank deposits.
