Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead thrift-store operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth receiving, stocking and selling of donated items. You will help report daily sales, handle deposits, and maintain inventory standards in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of supervisory retail experience, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to helping Idaho’s youth.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old or older.
• Be enrolled in High School or possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in planning, development and administration of thrift store operations.
• Oversee and facilitate receiving and processing of donated items, maintaining cleanliness and organization of listing and processing areas.
• Assist with compiling daily sales and make bank deposits.
