Job summary

Christian Family Care is hiring for Family Care KIDS staff in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role pays $16-$19 per hour, DOE.

You will work Monday–Friday, supporting young learners, supervising activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Requirements include AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid, a negative TB test, a HS diploma or equivalent with 6 months of classroom experience, and the ability to lift 35 lbs and spend time outdoors.

• As a member of the Family Care KIDS staff, you will actively participate with children.
• You will encourage children to be independent and redirect with compassion.
• Keep parents informed about their children and work with a team of educators.
